    Oh lol then just deleted the database and start again. You'll have to import all these modifications again. It'll be much faster because you'll just have to import the xml files. Other external files are already uploaded on the server

    any 1 fancy helping me as im unsure whats the best way to delete the database and lose as minimum amount of things ?

    upgrade ur vbulletin is best way than installing a fresh one,
    or
    disable all the mods one by one until ur problem resolves.. if u disable all mods and the problem still occurs then its sure the mods are correctly installed, there is a prob in database tables,

    run daignostic tools or repair all tables..
