How To Edit The "Report Post" Layout

Hey guys trying to customise the "report post" layout on my forum and I can't seem to find the correct section.

Here is a screenshot of the part I wish to change;

It's the text at the bottom I would like to change and maybe make the box a little bigger.

Go to search phrases in adminCP. and search for "Note:" . And find that text in results.

Box, hmm. I don't have vBulletin installed at my localhost atm, but I'm sure there is something like report_post in styles. So , go styles&templates and search for report_post, and after you find paste code here.

I did the first search and could not find the right one

I found the template for "reportitem" but that does not show the text, so I am somewhat lost

EDIT - patt1293 I did as you describe and that changes what is written in the box which is an added bonus so thank you for that we are running v3.8.4 and it is the Note underneath the box that I would like to change also.

Looks like you are on 3.8.x so search for this in the template

<textarea name="reason" rows="6" cols="$textareacols"></textarea> 

and change to

<textarea name="reason" rows="6" cols="$textareacols">YOUR TEXT HERE</textarea>

Click on languages and phrases and search for this

only_used_to_report

Then just edit that phrase
