hmm... I have done only few sigs till now and almost 1-2 large pieces

There are a few problems with this.
1.None of the fonts you used are "web safe" with out using hacks.
2.The colors kinda blow.
3.Way too much use of images/textures, this would make the page load very slow.
4.The layout of elements is really bad.
