It depends weather u are going to seed your own torrent ( Private Tracker ) or going to leech torrents which are on other trackers ( Public Tracker ) . If you are going for Public Tracker then VPS is more Than enough . If you are going to start a private tracker then you will have to start with a dedi . Currently For VB vbtit is the best tracker but its very hard to setup . So best way to get a Forum + Tracker is by keeping the tracker as Primary and Forum as secondary
