What I want to know is, how come every single new warez site that I see, asking for reviews just installs a bulletin board/blog, throws on a public skin, sometimes even a custom skin, and lobs in a Katz button?

Why don't they work hard to earn their traffic? I think Katz should have a rule, that when you have been submitting to them for 1/2 years, you can't submit again. It is so simple to submit to Katz, and get the traffic from their. Why don't webmasters try to get some traffic themselves? W-BB have done it, Katz have done it and WS have done it themselves. As an appreciation to Katz, I think it would be nice to see sites not always submitting to Katz, but maybe putting a Katz button up, just to show how greatful they are.

I am not saying, do not submit, all I am saying is, why does everyone create a site, and rely on Katz traffic?

This is not a bashing thread, just want to know really.
