pi0tr3k it is not copy . there is an advertisement modification (Advertisement Management)for phpbb3. It can show ads between first and second post.
instead of using mod, you can add it by edit the viewtopic_body.html template file.

btw pi0tr3k does katz allow fake download link ads?
