Does leaseweb.com allow warez linking? If allow may be i will buy dedicated account. Once I asked to leaseweb about warez linking they said they don't allow and some people saying that they said but they allow warez linking. Please confirm me.

I don't see a TOS anywhere, but are they offshore? If not then don't even bother, you'll get taken offline if reported.

From what I heard, they don't even bother if you host a warez linking site on the server, but to be safe, better look for hoster that allow warez linking.

There are a couple fairly popular warez blogs and forums, and torrent trackers still hosted at LeaseWeb. However in the past year they've had alot of trouble with BREIN, and if your site gets popular enough, BREIN will contact them and you have to find a new host in 24 or 48 hours, after that they terminate your contract regardless. I only know of a torrent tracker this happened to (actually, a few) but their fairly similar in terms of law. Anyway as long as your site isn't real popular you should be okay.

DownloadForum.ws was hosted on a leaseweb server ... 17k peeps ... we didnt get any dmca notices , host was perfect
