[WTB] VPS for RTorrent with WebMoney

Hi,
I am looking for a vps that fits my needs and that i can pay with webmoney.

What i need:

• 30gb hdd space
• 512+ Ram
• 1Tb Bandwidth (might get along with less)
• rtorrent allowed ? will not run any webgui
• will be doing some rar/unrar every now and then

I can spend max. 40 $ a month, i would like Debian 5 as OS and i would prefer Servers to be located in US or Canada.

they have a package which meet ur requirement for $10
(not sure about rtorrent but I can run torrentflux)
plus their support are excellent.

They don't offer webmoney payment. Paypal is not an Option for me. I maybe able to use Liberty Reserve as well, but definetely no paypal/monebookers for me.
