WebTHosting VPS Down

Hey guys, those of you who have a VPS on webthosting can tell me if your VPS is down or not since for me I am unable to log in since yesterday.
I submitted a ticket and they said they are looking after my issue, till then no improvements.

Uhm...
If you contacted their support what's the point of posting here? If they told you they are looking at the issue, they probably are.

The likely hood of someone else being on the same server as you here are probably slim. Since most likely they have at least 2 servers + (probably).

Okay... And that's fine i suppose. (even though you should talk directly to them next time)

But you are talking about a VPS, just because your vps is down doesn't mean others are. There could be a variety of reasons it's down.


But anyways, good luck Hope its backup soon!

Try loging into what ever they gave you too access it outside your vps,

hypervm etc what ever they use and hit reboot ?

There are still some unknown issues on one particular VPS node.

The hosting is back up, i also had the same problem.
My Vps is still pending though and has been for almost 48 hours now, im thinking about just getting a refund & finding somewhere else to buy a vps.

The Hosting support made a reply in his sales thread that they are facing some issue with one of their hardware nodes.
