Don't fuck with your clients.
This is how you lose money and fail. You might think being lazy and slacking and making a quick buck here and there is alright, but If you don't start being more respectful and cooperative with clients, bad reviews are going to hurt you.
You might not think so because you have some clients, but you never know who will be wanting hosting, and if they read a bad reply about your host, I highly doubt there coming with you.
I use WrzHost atm and so far I have had 0 problems. Hopefully Nick don't pull some crazy shit because he has a good future, with me anyways.
Is it that hard to take 20 minutes out of your day, like before you sleep.. to check an email and fix a few issues?Profit Reviewed by Profit on . Advice to hosts. Don't fuck with your clients. google.comagreed. it's like why make it an issue where there is none. just be courteous and do your job. if your customer wants to leave, let them leave on a positive note. who knows a few random acts of kindness might lose your a customer for now, but later on they might come back or even better recommend you.

Personally i don't use any hosts from here anymore.
But yeah i do agree on what you're saying, some of them just do it for like a month or so, then quit, OR if theres a big problem they won't do shit to fix or help clients out just want their money.
Which is a complete joke, hence 98% of the hosts are either over sold, slow, unsecure this goes for shared hosting + rapidleech also.
