Whats the best image hosting script

I currently use Mihalism Multi Host ( its free ) but the features are less and more over the URLS are not at all user friendly .. Links are provided in 8 to 10 digits

Are there any good that i can introduce reward system ( geo targeted to certain countries not all )

And good image hosting script like in case of forum u have vB , IPB etc

for simple image uploading site, i think scripteen is ok.. For more advanced site, i have no idea..
