Looks like a very simple yet custom script. You could use an already made image hosting script or write a simple one if you know PHP.

Anyways you can try the one Elio suggested or another good one is the one imgcentre or piratepic is using.

chevereto doesnt have admin cp
i want something like flash upload or allow me to upload like 10 pics at a time. Elios can only upload once at a time. Does urs have admin cp Elio?
