I Think it would very nice if wrzhost had a live chat support

I just bought a semi-dedicated server plan from wrzhost, and paid, they sent an email saying they've received the money and i've successfully paid it. And its been already nearly 4-5hours I haven't received my login details of cpanel, nor I have receive a respond in the tickets I submitted 4hrs back, I'm not complaining or trying to make a bad review about the site, I just wanted to know if there's anything wrong I did or I have to do, to obtain the details and respond from them. WRZhost will have live support soon and we'll bring the good old forums back
I remember I had over 10k members on the forum when it was closed down.

So don't worry,wrzhost will only get better but you need to give us some time as we don't have the budget that any big host like godaddy or hostgator has.

no dlow it seems like it is working but it isn't, all css is screwed up in admin, shoutbox not working,post buttons not working just everything gone weird all of a sudden a few days ago.
