I just bought a semi-dedicated server plan from wrzhost, and paid, they sent an email saying they've received the money and i've successfully paid it. And its been already nearly 4-5hours I haven't received my login details of cpanel, nor I have receive a respond in the tickets I submitted 4hrs back, I'm not complaining or trying to make a bad review about the site, I just wanted to know if there's anything wrong I did or I have to do, to obtain the details and respond from them. no i didn't say it was wrz fault all i was saying is i having trouble getting support , i just would like for someone from wrzhost to restore a backup from say friday? because i pretty sure everything was working fine friday.

it's ok tippie i sorted i think, it was something to do loading java from google or the minify javascript
