My question is, are they paying 100% if you have warez content on your accounts ?

Hotfile pays out every Monday if you have over $15 in your account.
I don't know about Megaupload.

Megaupload has reward points.If you reach the threshold ponits for the rewards.They will pay you.No matter what the content you have uploaded

nad how much average points u grab in a day like i m gettin 3-4k rs premium points a day....does it same happens wid mu..coz hf never generated good amount....takes too long
