We sent you the details twice, once with our old email template, and once with the new. In the "Biohost termination email" We warn you once again you have twenty-four hours to close the dispute which you failed to do.

Also, you had opened the dispute the same day you used the seedbox.
Biohost Reviewed by Biohost on . [Review] Biohost.info I used them for about two months and their service was awful. The server was constantly down (like 65% up time when they guarantee 99%), the support tickets were replied to within 24 hours which was good, but I had to send way too many support tickets for my liking... SMTP Errors, HTTP Errors, and Database Errors were some I encountered. Also every time I submitted to katz my site was down and nearly got blacklisted. They specialize in rapidleech/torrent scripts which is hard to believe Rating: 5

I only spoke to BioHost via 4 tickets, no emails or anything else...just these tickets and the paypal dispute. Also read to see there is no mention about closing the paypal dispute until AFTER my account is terminated.

Ticket 1 (notice the 6 day delay)

The picture is not working so click here

    Ticket 2

    Ticket 3 (Unanswered ticket)

Partial Ticket 4 (I'll upload the rest when I blur out the IP address)

    PayPal dispute Comments

This all should match with the logs BioHost posted
