yeah you get bad reviews, quite a few of them are fake and created by competitors (goes for all hosts). when you have lots of clients - there will always be lots of good/bad comments. You can't really judge them by posted reviews. Perhaps find somebody currently hosting with them and ask them yourself?

I don't think they allow hosting warez mate, but linking should be fine.
