    Sorry i meant disabled IPTables.
You probably don't have CSF installed.

    try service iptables stop

Or go into WHM and change the number of connections allowed via FTP (because that is probably how you are downloading your files).

It is not your host blocking you, it is probably the server itself.

Stop Bumping topics if you already posted.

As for not having an FTP installed. How are you downloading the files to your computer if you don't have FTP?

    Are you downloading via HTTP?

If so. there is no reason you should not be able to visit your site. If iptables is not running and you have no other firewalls, there's nothing to block you.

So in that case, i doubt it's something with your VPS, but more like your computer and or browser.

    ^ Same question
I would suggest to have a talk with your provider to fix this issue and that you would pay something as the service fee

me getting status as Green in Hyper VM while downloading via HTTP to System, but when me do remote upload , its works fine..

and i ask to my server provider, they also check, they told its download manager issue.. i tries lots of download manager, and same issue..

this is what they said, when i ask them,
"Hello we have verified the problem.
Manually tested the following : (Tested your rapidleech as well as a rapidleech without a control panel - with same result)

    1) Started download from rapidleech with IDM (2 files parallel) , rapidleech does not open.
    2) Started download from rapidleech using firefox (3 files parallel), rapidleech works perfect and opens & downloads.

Therefore, in order to work with your rapidleech while downloading, you need to stop download with your IDM from your rapidleech and do "direct downloads" using firefox.

No problems with server or control panel found.
Tested in other servers too with same result as said above

What should i do now ??

Just disable IDM or any other download manager you have, and do the downloads with Firefox.

What do you mean what should you do now?
Listen to your hosting provider, stop using IDM. Downloading via your browser. Or even try flashget and see if that helps?

I personally don't see why you need IDM
