Server not Loading

Hello Guys
i buy a VPS plan and install Rapidleech to it
and whenever me download files through rapidleech to my PC with IDM or another download manager.. then not even rapidleech but also my VPS ip address does not load too

i re-install OS, same problem again
i install lighttpd too.. nothing change..

so now problem is whenever my do download to my PC, my server doesn't load...

i ask to my VPS support too, they increase Max ServerLimit but problem come again...

so if anybody know best solution for it.. please help me..
me using CentOS x64 with 512 MB Dedicated Ram..

Note: I have no CPANEL or any other Control Panels installed on VPS , ftp also is not installed

I cannot even understand what you just said =/

But from what i could understand, you are getting "blocked" from your server.
This is probably because of your FTP Settings, or Firewall. The server is blocking your connection for too many connections. (It has nothing to do with max server limit).

So ask your host to put your IP on the "whitelist" if you use a Firewall, or just disable CSF. You can also increase the allowed number of connections of the FTP (you probably use PureFTP)

Doesn't sounds like a provider issue - looks like you locked yourself out of our own server - I would log a ticket with them.

Sorry i meant disabled IPTables.
You probably don't have CSF installed.

try service iptables stop

Or go into WHM and change the number of connections allowed via FTP (because that is probably how you are downloading your files).

It is not your host blocking you, it is probably the server itself.

Have you tired looking at the status from the VPS manager? Such as HyperVM or something else.
