This thread is incorrect, as it's assuming all .exe are infected items.

To check weather it is indeed malicious content, or a self extracting archive, simply right click and look for an option "extract using winrar" if that's not there, or if it don't work then it probably is something malicious.
If you're interested in what it does, run it under sandbox or a VM

Just some small additions...for me anyway if a download contains an archive inside the first archive lets say like a rar in the first rar the files shows up in that tool as incomplete. Last thing found is if a download had more then 1 url and I clicked/used rar nr 1 not all files was viewable but it worked if I clicked the last rar. Still got some bugs I guess and it dosent look as this been updated for almost 2 years.
