i am moving to new server

but i need help to move my back up to my new server from old one.

both server are running on warez-ape right now

how do i upload back up to my new server?

1. runs as www.warez-ape.com is old one
2. runs as warez-ape.com new one

how do i move my back up from cpanel to cpanel?
once i have moved the back up i gone cut out the old server

for files you can compress your folder upload it thru rl and download on ur new server

for database backup you can take a backup thru mysql dumper
then upload thru rl and download it on your new server and then
restore it using mysql dumper again
