first make sure that this file : ips_kernel/classDb1.php is on the server

Actually wat happened was I by mistake deleted all my cPanel files but i had the DB,I uploaded all the files but its starting installation again

If you have a backup from your site, just install a fresh copy of your ipb and then restore the backup.

I just have the DB back up,I only need to know about my DB driver and then i can restore the site backup
