I've seen many threads recently regarding everyone wanting a RSLeech with a good connection, well, I have an idea for you all.

Get around 5-7 trusted guys and all chip in and get a dedicated, and then run your host on that, I'm sure you all will get great speeds, at least better than what you'll get when you're with a company who oversells.
