Unfortunately I don't have a Mac anymore, and can't use Ubuntu due to the lack of programs that I require, but my order is the same as above, completely agree with InFlames!

For me i would say Linux and Windows.

For Linux i would go for Centos and Ubuntu, while for Windows i would go for Windows XP nothing beats it
