Yea but The support is very poor and I really need help with my sitemap but they don't answer.

Anyone in here are using that sitemap? If so please help me.

When I click the sitemapindex link In I get a message " the page doesn't exist or Isnt actived". The rss feed is working fine but the sitemap don't and i re-check everything twice and I don't know what else to do.
