Need help to transfer database to new domain

i am using vb4...But the old domain database has links of its own for example...This is a thread which follows the path of old domain

NOw how this thread will be converted to:

http://www/mfzone.info.com/showthrea...t-9-%282009%29

Can this be done?? How to do this???
