    Just pick a datacenter which has the best bandwidth providers, with rapidshare you can pick several,pick a few and check which one is the fastest and chose a datacenter with that bandwidth provider.

    how much does it cost? I will only use it to download and upload, so I will not pay more than necessary for something I'm not going to use.
