Hmmm, have you tried the dynamic DNS option?

Yes sir, it just has option to fill an acount from dynDNS.com

I made it work but using a host, and not everyone is gonna buy a host, the best way is remotes access but I can't make it work without using any tool.

I want people just to type an url or IP address, and that's it.

Please if you know anything let me know, right now Im making all tests with Active Webcam, by the way I can't find the way to crack it, but it's the best app Ive found yet. if you know any app to control remote webcam/cameras please let me know.
