    Default hirens boot cd question

    hi guys got a important question i would like answering please

    i burnt hirens boot cd and went into the mini windows xp but i find i only have like 18 mb free space

    i then try to run superantispyware and i get cut off and a blue screen pop up saying i have probably insufficient space

    i burnt the hirens onto a dvd and i still have sufficient space on my hard drive so im stumped at what the issue is

    any help wud be appreciate

    It probably loads in a ramdrive, and it fills up quite fast in your case probably

    meh I always personally thought that was full of virus's but your problem is its a live cd, like jungleboy said its running off of your ram with no installation. Your hard drive isnt booted.

    ok cheers guys....ill probz just stick to reformatting computer everytime i encounter a virus

    After you reformat and load all your basic system you can make an img of the system and load it to a dvd. That way you don't have to reformat and install everything all over again.

    Do all your warez stuff in a virtual machine
    Sandboxed, easy to backup and you can even snapshot it for changes.
