I have been thinking of creating my own image hosting site.
well, I was thinking of creating the server on my own computer - Xampp.
Use a couple of external hardrives, 1tb etc.

Well, do you think it would be a good idea? security and otherwise.

1. You would be much more exposed...

2. If your net speed sucks, or you are downloading/uploading something speeds will go lower...

3. If by any reason you have to turn your PC off users are screwed...
