lol nobody wants to pay for anything i can understand but when im doin with this im not just going to give it away!

Put it this way, if he makes it free, then every single phpbb3 forum will probably install it and it will get boring seeing it.

i know it will get copied and warez obv lol im not bothered of that!

if you make a ACP Plugin
and a UCP Plugin where you can change settings, what you what notifications on, how many, etc.

Then i would say anywhere from 15 - 25.

Although to be honest, I think this was the wrong forum to post it.
Offering it here would probably earn you less money, since after a few sales it will probably get out.

If you sell it other places you would probably have a better chance making more sales and the probability of it getting out would decrease drastically.

Agree with what Sadin0 said. PHPBB mods are usually free, this is the wrong place to sell, it would need ACP and UCP control options, you'll get more on DP etc.

I do like it though. It's clever but your'd probably get more if it was on IPB. More IPB users pay for mods. I'd say in the $10 - $25 price range if you add the UCP and ACP options but it would be "warez" or copied fairly quickly.
