See these screen shots before i say something: we made a Deal for RS account for $4 in KWWHunction's shoutbox HIS 1st PM: http://imgcentre.com/img/uploads/big/43b7ef7acf.png Then i sent him $4 but paypal kept some 48 cents which he started crying about but as i promised $4 so i thought to give him extra so that he can make $4 after deduction also .So i sent another 48 cents, and paypal took 38 cents out of it so ..i took back my entire payment and told the real customer, who wanted the Rating: 5

I am only saying that there are two sides to every story, that doesn't mean that I believe that Surfing isn't a scammer, it just means that screenshots don't prove anything, due to the fact that they can be photoshopped.

Also it doesn't matter if you get scammed for $0.10 or $5000, it is still scamming.
