I just subscribed to this service 3 days back, I received only one email telling me they are 'working'on my account..
I haven't heard from them ever since nor I have received any account details..
BE AWARE FROM THEM!!
UPDATE:
their sales@seedboxspeed.com is not even a working email any more, the 'LIVE SUPPORT' is a big lie, it never worked and is a static image..

Picture seems fine for me.
It says "Offline" because they are offline.
They say they process orders within 24 hours "Fast processing for your plan had not seen before in any other site . This is done within a few hours and up to 24 hours."
So i suppose just keep emailing? If not open a dispute?

Hi Sandin and Bentink,
the fact they are not answering my emails and not only not creating any account information after 3 days, is the part that made me suspecious about them.
They could simply reply and say : we are working on your account, or we are experiencing some difficulties or whatever, but not answring nor giving any update is really fishy..
about their live support image, i was there when it said (online), I waited there for more than 10 minutes and no answer from their side, then it turns offline, I then sent to their sales email (since support is not answering), but that email bounce back.

I doubt thye will return any thing, since they are not answring.
is there any way i can officialy report this unknown company?

Disputing the transanction is a good idea to get auto refund.If he does not respond to the dispute you have a good chance of getting the money back
