my account was hacked and i got banned please fix this problem!

my original account devilmaycry was hacked but i got the password back and changed email id and password too but the staff banned me and tell me to contact us for recover it back

for verification i have called over the mobile phone to black0xio (my partner)
and he will reply to this thread!!

i request the staff to unban me!
