Help!! Paypal just limit my account.

One of my buyers was trying to send me money through my paypal and was not able to do it.And when i logged in I got this msg:



They told me to provide details about my payments and such. I have 100+ USD there so i really need your help here guys.

The payment which they freeze my account is for a webhost i bought from Sharkspace.




If you can successfully help me out I'll give 1 month rapidshare to that person as a thank you.

What are you selling? It probably to do with that. Just say you're selling your own script, it should be find then I guess.

I think the reason they limit my account is because of the payment i made to Sharkspace. So what should i say? Sharkspace is a legit web hosting provider.

Try contacting them, ask for a reason why your account funds got limited.

What details are they asking for?

Just wait until they "investigate it".

i know gaypal very see what what will happen now if ur paypal account is not verified:-
1.They will inquire about some transactions why u paid how received all such stuffs.
2.Then they will check your details if u provide them correctly account also then step 3
3.They will limit ur account for more 180days and tell that u can withdraw your money thats it so simple ...

So provide them the details let them verify after that u can withdraw your funds to your bank

I have provide them with all the proof they expect. Waiting for their response. I gave them all the invoice payments,etc. So hope they release their limit soon.

They request information like :

Details of the merchandise purchased ,

Proof of payment, what i bought and did i get it,etc etc.
