Nope, I have nothing. I want design + script. I know now that TBDev is the way to go but it needs to be modified..

First thing the screenshot looks like TBDEV and secondly you need a PHPCoder and not an html/css coder . So best way to get a unique template is either by going to tbdev forums and open a thread there as there are many coders and designers there
