    Default Packets lost When Pinging, what implication does it have on viewers?

    For example:

    http://www.just-ping.com/index.php?v...620&vhost=_&c=

    http://www.just-ping.com/index.php?vh=91.207.192.103&c=&s=ping!&vtt=1268450 697&vhost=_&c=

    What implication will it have? Will viewers be affected? Does 100% means completely down on their side?
