Well I wouldnt say the more sections the better,
What i'd say is sort your posts according to type (Movies, games, TV shows etc) to make it look tidy, at the moment id say your forum is okayish. perhaps maybe a bit too many forums, maybe join "Ultimate Web area" into the community area, keep web heaven by itself but join web hosting ,web domain, advertising into one and have them under like a sub forum.

Perhaps the same with streaming, have streaming under "UltimateWarezSource", all under Streaming and have sub forums for the differnet types.

Just suggestions...
