They give good traffic people, you should submit

Although its a good idea shouldn't you still rate sites properly because when guests view them they want high quality for higher ranked sites. By this promotion (which is catchy for the webmaster) would have lower quality sites with high rankings.

Your intentions are to get more submitters, BUT you should come up with a better system or incentive to do that.


Anyways Ill be submitting for the "higher rank" but take what I said in to consideration.

deleted is right. It seems like it is very easy to rated highly on there. I seen sites on there that although they have alot of content the site design would have them be like a 2 to 3 star at most. and with so many 4 and 5 stars how is someone supposed to stand out. DDL0 is one of the most beautifully designed ddl sites just wish it was like harvard when it came to grading.

We are not handing out high ratings to everyone, your site will get rated based on its quality. However you are able to skip through the process of re-rating from an initial rating on 1 or 2* if you submit within the next few days. By submitting now, your site will get the rating that it deserves from the start.
