ND is safe for warez linking about spamming, hacking etc they are taking action ( they are giving you 12 - 24 hour ) for solve if you ignore they are banning/terminating the server

Netdirekt Take DMCA complains very Seriously. So never try to Check it up via Putting illegal things openly.
I am saying by my Own experience.

Nope Netdirekt Only suspend After 10 DMCA complains. But you have to remove the objectional Thing in 24 hrs.And if your server have No complains then no problems , even you host warez on that

This is right, so long that they dont receive complaints * it seems * that they dont really care. Dont be smart and start uploading child porn or some other illegal stuff - they wouldnt even bother to notify you to remove the content - they will just unplug the cables mate

in my personal experience they take immediate action and null route the site ip so i don't think they are safe.
