whitelist or blacklist?

this is the very first question being asked..which system to use?

lets consider a ddl site with strong base, shall it use the blacklist like katz? i feel that the blacklist will grow very large and time consuming.. which is better you think?

blacklist is better then whitelist. Its my view.

The reason is who cares which sites are posting(WhiteListed). But we have to take care that the sites which spam&* post crap doesnt enter. So blacklist works better.

whitelists take a long time to grow and blacklists require a lot more work and maintenance.

if you're a lazy ass, go for a whitelist.
