Upload your extracted db (.sql file) to your server then get bigdump.php (google it). Do the settings by editing it in a notepad, upload it where your db is present then click on start dumping. It'll be done within sometime ;D

if your db is less than 8 mb you can directly restore with myphpadmin just login to phpmyadmin then click on import.
If size is bigger than 8mb then use mysqldumper or bigdump.

I uploaded a 22MB Database with phpmyadmin with no problems.. It really depends on the hosting provider.

I was helping him with team viewer. He had installed vB again so his db got washed away. I had to go so asked him to re-upload the db. Hopefully he was able to fix it
Funny part is, he forgot where he had saved his db LOL
