First of all you need to have absolutely no Downtime on your server.

Second, try and get unique addons such as firefox addon that can upload a picture in just a click of a button.

Make the site simple and easy to use.

Clean layout of the website is mostly important.

@Algore: First of all you have too many ads that are there, try reducing them to One banner or stick with the ads on the top.

Second i think that Yellow header with a black background makes it painful to the eyes, try using calm colors for that.

Well may be try changing the layout as that layout is the default one for the image hosting script.

Get a custom script then get a ff addon and lastly get a superfast server that will upload pics within seconds and lastly do some seo and put ads on yahoo and google
