IE PROBLEMS - hate that browser

Because i am trying a maximum browser compatibility with my website,IE is just hell different than other browsers and that make so much work for me.

An example...

I am using an array for showing online uploaders in an iframe.
It is showing it good in Opera.But the f*ckin' IE needs scroll down of the iframe because it is not showing the content/names at the top (don't know why).
I can't use <div style=position:absolute;top:0>$arrayresult</div> because i get all names squeezed in with no spacing between them (like name over name).

Any suggestion ?

I'll answer to my self so if the others have the same prob to be useful.

This is centered vertically and topped.. Simple and nice.
