[Weird] Template's Issue's

My host has recently moved to another location, and now when i edit my FORUMHOME template the changes will not show on home page, also i have made changes on Navbar and Navbar1 and they have been saved ok, but they dont change on my Navbars. http://undergroundteam.org

I have cleaned my cache, used 4 different browsers and still no change at all.

And on the same server i have DDL site and when i click to Accept Selected it goes thru the process but comes back with the same files again. http://darkddl.com

My host says it's not a server problem.

Could anyone tell me please what causes this to happen?

may be dns problem. check your site using any proxy site or fix your dns/browse using ip

It should not be a server problem for sure.
