Please dont make crap bids. I have worked a lot on this site. Its just opened and has a lot of potential. It has lots of ad's at many other warez sites. The LE is nearly full, and everything is ready to go. It even has 1000+ threads. I have just started to submit them. We ave paid _dark_ $10 to index our site. We have paid a lot to uploaders for uploading. 99.99% of the uploads have our site name on it. We would hope to get 2* or 3* in the next update from Katz. We have got the skin changed a bit too, which has cost extra. The domain still has a few months left and the hosting too. So I will just give you some of the files and the hosting pass.

Well, its just like a brand new site. The guy who buys it, will have to work hard. I don't think its worth 149$ IMO. I'm afraid the quotation which you've given won't get you much money.
