Our firm website is hosted in Indian on own servers. However we resell servers from various datacenter across the globe. Customers who are not happy with us are mostly those, who never gone through our Terms of Service before ordering plans from our site. Now we cant refund everybody for their own mistakes....

now many customers order a plan which is not covered under moneyback warranty and then they start asking for refund. (However in our TOS it is clearly mentioned that only few plans are covered under 30 days moneyback warranty)

yes but i was never delievered a product i paid for or used so under law u are suposed to provide me a full refund if i want or provide me the product......u never did neither.... i sent u a support ticket and talked on msn with ur company but it was 1 excuse after another.....

so if i can just stop 1 person from buying from u then my job is done
