I need a nice 1 Gbps VPS preferably in Germany (or with good speeds if in any other country).

Space could anything between 20GB and 30GB.

Desired speed: 1 Gbps (or with at least 10 Megabytes per second download with RS and HF, and decent upload speed)

Preferred OS: Windows

I also need the ability to install my own apps (I think we don't get that in some RDs)

It should be unshared, i.e., exclusively for me.

I would pay using PayPal.

good luck finding an offer for a decent vps on ur budget man but i dont see it happening http://scorpiohost.com has a germany plan for 14.99 if u go there tell me i reffered u i use their netherlands vps and its a great buy havent tried their germany ones but i assume they are just as good but that 14.99 is without cpanel or anything so yea

Do they offer Remote Desktop (windows or ubuntu)? and I don't need cpanel or anything. Either of these OS along or webmin should be fine.

But you can install ubuntu & webmin on our vps.
