Go for tele-asia.net they are the best support is top class if you want something cheaper then go for wrzhost.com as they collocate with tele-asia.net and can provide you cheaper dedicated servers

PS : Do not expect your site to be fast as all Hong Kong servers have a 100Mbit shared port and max speed which you can get it 2 mBps . No matter you take it from WrzHost or Tele-Asia or any other provider
