provide some proof that you own it.
upload a text file to the home directory with this text:
"matthelmz from KWWHunction" - call it KWWH.txt or someshit

and give us some awstats/google analytics screenshots.

upload it on the server so say esoft.in/KWWH.txt and this is to stop scammers as we have had morons trying to sell other peoples sites before and unless they hacked the site theres no way they can upload this text file

As we use google adsence approval befor 3 months and we got good revenue from dere also
and ashu know more abt this revenue collection .....
